'I have attended sewing classes at Honest Studios with Tesa and Suncana for many months now and I could not recommend them more highly. I have gained so much from these classes. The invaluable knowledge and skill that Tesa and Suncana patiently and generously share, the passion that they embody for sustainable fashion and the warm, honest space that they provide for all levels of sewing-abilities to learn and grow together. With my new sewing skills, I am absolutely smug and owe so much to these beautiful women for helping me find my spark again through sewing and community.' Courtney F
'I’ve been doing sewing classes this year and have gone from never sewing before, to now owning a dress and a jumpsuit I made myself and wear all the time. The 3 week sewing courses are great and the teaching is super hands-on. The designs you work off are beautifully crafted and easily tailored to suit your body shape. I’ve learned so much in such a short time and feel like I’m just getting started. Can’t recommend highly enough.' Eliza K
'I have been lucky enough to meet the wonderful Honest Studios power duo shortly after I moved to Melbourne and attended sewing classes with them since. I love learning from them and sharing creative ideas. But more than anything I love being there as it truly is a Happy Place with the best vibes.' Gigi P
'Honest Studios has become a weekly ritual for me. I enrolled under the pretence I would just complete my three sessions, make a garment and be done!
I have however returned well beyond the 3 sessions, not just because I have so much more to learn in my sewing journey but because I honesty love the evening. Being in the presence of Suncana and Tesa is truely bliss (the laughs, the learning and the endless inspiration). I love that each week there are new faces or familiar faces and yet it makes no difference to the vibe of the class, it continuously feels like an evening of sewing amongst friends.' Casey B
